The Third Province is comprised of the Episcopal
Dioceses of the mid-Atlantic states: Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh, Bethlehem,
Central Pennsylvania, Delaware, Easton, Maryland, Northwest Pennsylvania,
Virginia, Southern Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Southwest
Virginia. The president is the Rt.
Rev. Robert D. Rowley, Jr. of Northwest Pennsylvania.
Provinces work together for regional ministry such
as Youth Events and Ministry Development, Christian Education and
all aspects of our life in Christ
The staff liaisons for Province III are Bishop
Paul Marshall and Archdeacon
Howard Stringfellow .
