The Personnel Committee has responsibilities in the
following areas:
- clergy compensation and benefits
- lay personnel, salary and benefits
- sexual misconduct by non-ordained persons in the
Church or Church-related organizations
The committee has developed parish guidelines for
clergy compensation and recommendations for lay employees.
