The members of the Incorporated Trustees are the
Bishop, Chancellor and Treasurer of the Diocese, together with nine
lay persons, three of whom are elected by the Diocesan Convention
each year, for a term of three years. The duties of the trustees include
finance, loans, insurance clergy housing, investments and the real
estate of the diocese.
As the legal corporation of the diocese, the Trustees
oversee finance, loans, insurance, clergy housing, investments, and
real estate. Its finance committee monitors and measures the performance
of the Diocesan Investment Trust.
